Cookies

Cookies fall into three groups on this site. Only the first is set before you choose.

Strictly necessary

These keep the site working and remember the choice you make in the cookie banner, so you are not asked on every page. They cannot be switched off, and they are not used to build a profile of you. If you refuse everything else, these are all that remain.

Analytics — only if you agree

If you accept analytics cookies, we record a row for each page you view. That row contains the page address and title, the page or campaign that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device type, browser and operating system, your browser language and time zone, your screen size, and roughly how long the page held your attention. Each visit also carries a random identifier generated in your browser, which lets us tell one returning visitor from two separate ones. We use Google Analytics for the same purpose; its tag is not loaded at all until you agree.

We use this to understand which pages are actually read, which sources send us genuine interest, and which organisations are evaluating the platform, so that our team can follow up appropriately. If you fill in a form, that enquiry can be connected to this activity.

Marketing — only if you agree

Connects a campaign click to a later enquiry. It is off unless you switch it on, and it stays off if you reject non-essential cookies.

Refusing, and changing your mind

Choosing Reject non-essential is a real refusal, not a quieter form of consent. No analytics row is written, no Google tag is loaded, and no identifier is used for tracking. Our server independently checks the decision it holds for you before it stores anything, so a page cannot record a visit by claiming a consent you did not give.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings, here or in the footer of any page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for anything collected afterwards.

We keep a record of each consent decision — including refusals — together with the time, the page, your IP address and your browser string. That record is what demonstrates a refusal is being honoured.

Information you give us

If you request a quote, download a whitepaper or book a call, we store what you type into that form — typically your name, work email, company, phone number and the configuration you chose — so that we can respond. Quote requests are held in our own database and are not sold or shared for third-party advertising.

Where the data lives

The site and its database run on Google Cloud. Analytics data, if you allow it, is additionally processed by Google Analytics under Google's own terms.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@tranxact.ai and say which you want. If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with equivalent rights, those rights apply in full.

This notice covers the marketing website. Customer deployments of the TRANXACT platform are governed by the contract and data-processing agreement in place for that deployment.
