TRANXACT is licensed as a share of your annual audited revenue. Not per seat, not per module, not a flat fee negotiated once and defended forever.
Which means the maths runs both ways. Grow, and we grow with you — we would rather earn more because you are worth more. Have a hard year, and your bill comes down with your revenue. Most enterprise software does the opposite: the licence is fixed, the seat count ratcheted up in the good years, and nothing comes back down when the market turns. The year you can least afford it is the year you pay the most, and your vendor is entirely insulated from how you are actually doing.
